Process first.Tech if it pays.

We map how your business runs and rank what is costing you most. Then fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline in writing. Technology goes in only where the payback is clear.

// The Compass Method · Lean principles applied to your operation

Four steps. No fluff. No surprises.

Every engagement starts with process discovery and mapping. We find the actual bottleneck before we pick the tool. Sometimes the answer is a better process, not AI at all. No two engagements look the same.

Bearings

A free 30-minute call, then a Bearings Report in ten business days. We map the process, walk the floor where the work actually happens, and find the real bottleneck.

Process mapping · Gemba walk · Voice of the customer

Charting

A map of how the work runs today, root-cause analysis on the gap, and a written scope with a fixed price and timeline.

Value-stream mapping · 5 Whys · 8 wastes

Heading

We build the fix in short cycles you can see: pilot with one team, then roll it out. Weekly review. No black boxes.

Plan-Do-Check-Act · Kaizen cycles · Pilot then scale

True North

Measure outcomes against the agreed metrics. Standardize what works. Improve what doesn't. Or hand off cleanly.

Standard work · Continuous improvement

// Method first, then the fix

What we fix.

// Proof

What changed for real businesses.

Four engagements, named by vertical until each client approves their name. The numbers come from our own reports, and each card says plainly where the work stands.

Measured

A 4.9-star dental clinic in Mississauga

Google clicks 8 → 124 a month (+1,450%); impressions 120 → 12,900; #1 organic and #1 on Maps for the neighbourhood term. One Friday afternoon the receptionist triaged two genuine emergencies and booked three surgical patients.

30 days

The problem
Strong neighbourhood reputation, no digital presence: about 8 Google clicks a month, no schema, no service pages, calls to voicemail after hours.
(02)
Delivered

A full-service Ontario law firm, 13 lawyers, 10 practice areas

Launch-ready build in 48 hours from kickoff.

June 2026

The problem
Template site no prospect trusted; staff could not edit content.
(03)
In buildgo-live 30 Sept 2026

A GTA heating-and-cooling company with about 3,500 existing customers

Three manual processes replaced; one program instead of six vendors.

At go-live

The problem
Every sale by phone, referral, or builder; three manual back-office processes.
(04)
In progress

A Canadian medical-scrubs brand with 1,791 lifetime orders

Baseline: ~$255K lifetime revenue, 1,791 orders, sell-through of existing inventory before any ad spend.

Baseline, day zero

The problem
Abandoned brand with real traction, trained buyers to wait for 25-30% discounts, no B2B channel.
Live proof

The receptionist answering our phone right now is one we built. Call it.

// Your guide

Thirty years inside multinationals taught me what slows businesses down.

Find the leak first. Then pick the tool.

I'm Bobby Atwal. I spent three decades running operations, projects, and infrastructure inside large multinational corporations. I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified project manager, and I work with owner-operators who want the diagnosis and the fix from the same person. Lean operating principles are how I work: map the process first, find the root cause second, and fix it third. Sometimes the fix is a better process. Sometimes it is a website, an ad account, or an AI workflow. I think about AI the way I've always thought about process: where is the bottleneck, what is the right tool, and how do we measure that we actually fixed it.
