I'm Bobby Atwal. I spent three decades running operations, projects, and infrastructure inside large multinational corporations. Lean operating principles are how I work - process mapping first, discovery second, custom solution third. No two rollouts look the same. I don't think about AI as a science experiment. I think about it the way I've always thought about process: where's the bottleneck, what's the right tool, how do we measure that we actually fixed it.
