Compass AI Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates compassaigroup.com (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out our qualifying form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, industry, company size, the problem you describe, and your timeline. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a Bearings call, and maintain a record of the engagement.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request data including IP address and user agent. We do not link this data to identifiable individuals.
No analytics cookies in v1. We do not run third-party analytics, marketing cookies, or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) request consent.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your Bearings call.
- To send you proposals, follow-ups, and project communications.
- To improve our services and operations.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Storage and security
Form submissions are stored in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in Canada or US data centers depending on the project region). Email is sent via Resend. We restrict access to authorized personnel only.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing batwal@compassaigroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be notified by email to active clients.
