Front office · Sales & Outreach · CASL-aware

Your top rep's quality. On every lead.

A workflow that researches every lead, scores fit, drafts follow-up in your voice, and keeps the sequence moving. Your rep reviews and sends. The lead never goes cold.

// Quick answer

Sales & Outreach from Compass AI Group is a custom workflow that enriches every new lead, scores it against your ideal customer profile, drafts follow-up in your voice, and runs the sequence, all inside your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, or custom). Drafts go to your rep for approval; nothing sends on its own. Built for Canadian SMBs and CASL-compliant by default. Scope and price are set in Charting after a free Bearings call.

A new demo request lands in your CRM. The workflow picks it up before your rep sees it.

// What you get

Four behaviours on every lead.

Enrich, qualify, draft, follow up. Nothing sends on its own. The prep work your top rep would do if they had ten hours per lead instead of ten minutes.

01

Enriches every new lead

When a lead enters your CRM (form fill, list import, demo request), the workflow pulls company size, industry, tech stack, recent news, funding, and decision-maker signals from public sources.

02

Qualifies before your rep ever sees it

Scores the lead against your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), flags A/B/C fit, and routes accordingly. Your rep starts the day with the top 10 leads sorted, not 200 leads to triage.

03

Drafts personalized outreach in your voice

Trained on samples of your best emails. References something specific to the prospect (their recent funding, a product launch, a shared contact). Your rep reviews, edits if needed, sends.

04

Handles follow-up so leads do not rot

Runs the follow-up sequence, watches replies, re-prioritizes when something changes, and writes the next message in context. No templated bumps.

// Best for

Same workflow. Your pipeline.

Configured for who you sell to, what triggers a conversation, and what a good follow-up looks like in your business.

  • You lose deals to whoever answers first, and follow-up depends on who remembers
  • Your CRM has hundreds of leads nobody has touched in six months
  • Your best rep writes great emails and the rest of the team does not
// Design principles

Real enrichment data. Production email infrastructure.

The specific data sources and email vendors depend on your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). The workflow on top is what makes the difference. CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation) compliance is built into the workflow.

Bearings first. Then the fix.

Every service on this site starts the same way, so you never pay for a build before the problem is measured.

01

A free 30-minute Bearings call

Two operators talking about your business. Where the time goes, what it costs, and whether this service is even the right fix.

02

Charting: a fixed scope in writing

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline before any work starts. If a Bearings Report should come first, we say so.

03

Heading: build with weekly reviews

You see the work every week. True North measures the result against the baseline we recorded at the start.

// One example
Home services

Quotes that used to go stale

A heating-and-cooling company sends forty quotes a week and follows up on the ten the owner remembers. The workflow scores every open quote, drafts a follow-up that references the job and the season, and puts the top ones in the rep’s inbox each morning. Nothing sends without a click.

Outreach questions, answered plainly.

Is this just another Apollo or Outreach.io replacement?

No. Those tools give you contact data and a templated sequence. We build a workflow that researches each lead individually, writes the message from what it actually finds (company news, hiring signals, your past interactions), and hands a ready draft to your rep. Same outbound plumbing, better judgment on top.

Will prospects know the emails are AI-drafted?

Not if it is done well. Drafts are written in your voice from samples of your past emails, reference something specific to the prospect, and end with a real question. Your rep reviews and sends. Nothing sends on its own.

How does it work with my CRM?

Native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, and Folk. The workflow reads the lead, writes back enrichment data, meeting notes, and next steps, and never duplicates records. A custom CRM is wired through its API.

Is it CASL-compliant?

Yes, by default. Only leads with valid express or implied consent are contacted, unsubscribe lists are respected, and every message carries the required identification and opt-out. GDPR rules apply to any EU contact. Compliance is built into the workflow, not added afterwards.

// What template-spam is costing you

Generic outreach gets treated like spam.

Templated cold email gets about 1.5% replies. Buyers trained themselves to ignore it. A follow-up that references something real about the prospect, in a human voice, still gets 6 to 10%. This workflow does the personalization at a scale your rep cannot.
