Managed Compass keeps what Compass built for you running well: monitoring, weekly tuning, a monthly written review with a live dashboard, named response times, and advisory hours with Bobby. One bill. A plan follows a build and is never sold cold.
Managed Compass is the monthly plan from Compass AI Group that keeps a Compass build working and measured: monitoring, weekly tuning, a monthly written review with a live dashboard, named response times, and advisory hours. Three plans: Foundation ($500 CAD per month, one live system, 1 advisory hour), Operator ($1,200 CAD per month, two or three systems, 3 advisory hours), and Operator+ ($2,500 CAD per month, four or more systems or an active growth program, 6 advisory hours). Hosting, telephony, and model usage are line items at cost. A plan follows a build and is never sold cold. Cancel any month with 30 days notice.
Foundation keeps one system working well. Operator fits a firm with two or three systems live. Operator+ is for firms running a full growth program.
One live system: a site, a receptionist, or a single workflow.
Two or three systems running together, with the growth side measured monthly.
Four or more systems, or an active content, search, and paid-media program.
Here is how Compass runs a plan, in plain English.
Managed Compass is never sold cold. It starts after a Compass build or a Bearings Report, when there is something live to keep working and a baseline to measure against.
Every week the system is checked and tuned. Every month you get a written review and a live dashboard: what ran, what it cost, what changed, what is next.
Time with Bobby each month to use on whatever is leaking: a process question, a hire, a vendor, the next fix. One, three, or six hours by plan.
No multi-year lock-in. Code, content, accounts, and credentials are handed off cleanly. What you commissioned stays yours.
Same person who scoped the original engagement, built the system, and knows your business is the one keeping it running. The handoff penalty most agencies impose does not happen here.
The plan is the bill. Passthrough costs appear as line items at cost. New builds are quoted in writing before work starts.
No hand-off to an account manager who has to learn your system before they can help.
Everything stays on Canadian-residency hosting by default. Compliance does not slip once the plan starts.
Monitoring alerts come to us. If something breaks at 3am, you find out in the morning from the resolved-incident note.
Every service on this site starts the same way, so you never pay for a build before the problem is measured.
Two operators talking about your business. Where the time goes, what it costs, and whether this service is even the right fix.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline before any work starts. If a Bearings Report should come first, we say so.
You see the work every week. True North measures the result against the baseline we recorded at the start.
The site went live in 48 hours from kickoff and onto an Operator plan: weekly checks, staff content edits done for them, the qualified-inquiry form monitored, and a monthly review with the partners on what the site is producing.

Because the fix has to keep working after launch. Without a plan every small change becomes a quote-and-invoice loop and nobody is watching the numbers. With a plan the small work just gets done, the system is tuned weekly, and you get a written review every month.
Hosting keeps the lights on. Managed Compass adds the operator: monitoring, weekly tuning, content updates, a monthly written review with a live dashboard, and advisory hours. Hosting and infrastructure appear on the invoice as a line item at cost.
Yes. Start on the plan that matches what you have live and adjust at the monthly review. Ship a second system or start a growth program, move up. Seasonality hits, move down.
We publish prices for Managed Compass plans: Foundation $500, Operator $1,200, Operator+ $2,500 CAD per month. Everything else is scoped in Charting after your Bearings call, and you get a fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline in writing before any work starts.
No. Every Compass build is yours, and you can hand it to any developer to maintain. The plan exists for owners who want the person who built the system to keep it working. It follows a build; it is never sold on its own.
You should not have to think about the systems that run your business. They run, they are tuned, they are measured, and when something needs fixing it happens without a quote-and-approve loop for every line.
