Thirty years inside multinationals. One thing I learned.

Million-dollar decisions get delayed by clipboards and email chains. The bottleneck is rarely the work. It's the routing of the work.

// Your guide

Thirty years inside multinationals taught me what slows businesses down.

Find the leak first. Then pick the tool.

I'm Bobby Atwal. I spent three decades running operations, projects, and infrastructure inside large multinational corporations. I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified project manager, and I work with owner-operators who want the diagnosis and the fix from the same person. Lean operating principles are how I work: map the process first, find the root cause second, and fix it third. Sometimes the fix is a better process. Sometimes it is a website, an ad account, or an AI workflow. I think about AI the way I've always thought about process: where is the bottleneck, what is the right tool, and how do we measure that we actually fixed it.

// Founder's note

“If you run a business and something is leaking time or money, the right first question is what to fix, not which tool to buy. Ask it before you spend a dollar on any of it.”
