Million-dollar decisions get delayed by clipboards and email chains.

If you run a business and something is leaking time or money, the right first question is what to fix, not which tool to buy. Ask it before you spend a dollar on any of it.

I’m Bobby Atwal. I spent three decades running operations, projects and infrastructure inside large multinational corporations. Lean operating principles are how I work: map the process first, find the root cause second, fix it third. Sometimes the fix is a better process. Sometimes it is a website, an ad account or an AI workflow.

My title is business transformation specialist. In plain English: I use thirty years of operations, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a project manager’s discipline to find the bottleneck in a business like yours and fix it. Then I measure whether we actually fixed it.

    Fixed scope, in writing

    Charting turns the diagnosis into a fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed timeline, in writing, before any build starts.

    Measured like a process

    A baseline before the change and the same measure after it, the Lean Six Sigma habit. If it did not move, you hear it from us first.

    Yours to keep

    At handover the code, the accounts and the data are in your name. You can run it with us on Managed Compass, or without us.
